With more than 25 years of leadership and management experience in the personal development field, Dena is known for her ability to bring out the best in people, even in the most challenging environments. Over two decades with a well-established personal development organization, she facilitated trainings, led teams, and supported hundreds of individuals while positively impacting thousands. During this time, she developed a strong foundation in helping both teens and adults navigate meaningful behavioral and interpersonal change, particularly in high-stress and highly structured settings.
Since launching her coaching practice in 2016, Dena has focused on conflict mediation, emotional literacy, and relationship repair. Her approach centers on practical, easy-to-apply tools that help individuals rebuild trust, strengthen resilience, and develop self-leadership skills that are essential for personal growth, rehabilitation, and successful reintegration.
Her upcoming book, Love Is Worth It – All the Tools We Never Got, brings these methods together into clear, accessible frameworks designed to support those who may not have had prior access to emotional skill-building resources.
Based in Anaheim, California, Dena also serves on a board of directors and supports wellness-focused initiatives, reflecting her ongoing commitment to long-term healing and community well-being.
